Deck Equipment

Denizsan's Deck Equipment product line is manufactured at our factory in Kartal, Istanbul in compliance with international class standards.

Bollards

The bollards are produced according to DIN 82607. As this dictated by this standard, the tubes are welded to the base plate by using pipes of the thickness and diameter prescribed by this standard. The bollards are delivered as epoxy painted and with the necessary reinforcements installed. Also they are standard delivered with a hookbolt and chain stopper. The bollards can be produced in different sizes and equipped with a pulley according to the customer’s request.

Roller Fairleads

The fairleads have been designed according to DIN 81902. They are standard manufactured for either one or two ropes. All products are supplied with a polyamide-bronze bearing and grease nipple. The fairleads are standard delivered as painted with a single coating of shop primer paint. They can be welded either into the bulwark or on deck. Apart from the standard types, custom made fairleads can also be designed.

Hawser Drums

Hawser drums are used to keep the mooring lines which are not stored on a mooring winch ready and safe. These items can be manufactured either as a seperate pipe system or a single pipe system.  Drums can be manufactured in different sizes according to customer’s request. Electric motor is optional. The hawser drums are standard delivered epoxy painted to withstand marine environments.

Chocks

Our chocks have been designed according to DIN 81915. They are manufactured in either Type A for welding onto the bulwark or Type C for welding directly onto the deck.The chocks are standard delivered as painted with single coating of shop primer paint.

Warping Rollers

The warping rollers have been designed according to DIN 81906. All products are supplied with a bronze bearing and grease nipple. The warping rollers  are standard delivered as painted with a single coating of shop primer paint. Rollers are manufactured on a socket with optional heights (DIN 81907) according to customer’s request. Apart from standard cylindrical socket, other options such as conical sockets are available. The roller on a socket can be equipped with a stoper that prevents the mooring line from dropping out of the warping roller.

Chain Stoppers

Denizsan can provide wide range of chain stopper that designed according to customer requirments as well as under approval of all classification societies.
